Over more than 20 years at adidas, I had the opportunity to work across global campaigns, partnerships, innovation launches, sustainability initiatives and ambitious pilots. Each came with its own challenges, experiments and learnings. Today, I support projects across three broad areas:

Entrepreneurship, funding, purpose, values, leadership and organisational change.

I am available for clearly defined projects, from a focused piece of strategic work to support over several months. Together, we can define the challenge, the contribution you need from me and a clear outcome for the work. I bring experience where it is useful, while remaining genuinely curious about new questions, unfamiliar contexts and ideas that still need to take shape.
