Hello, I’m Felix.
I see myself as a global citizen, shaped by different cultures, perspectives, and ways of seeing the world. At the heart of my work is curiosity: curiosity about people, their stories, and what becomes possible when we truly listen. I have a deep love for human beings and a strong belief in the power of honest conversation. Again and again, I have seen that when a safe space exists between people, things can begin to shift.

Turning points
My own life has included many turning points of very different kinds. Some were chosen. Some were not. Some were joyful. Some were deeply challenging. Over time, I have come to believe that these moments often carry an invitation to meet life in a new way.

My professional path includes more than 20 years at adidas, where I worked internationally across brand, sustainability, product, marketing, leadership, and cross-cultural contexts.

Life beyond coaching
Beyond coaching, I enjoy living a life of many roles and stories: father, husband, friend, consultant, entrepreneur, and lifelong learner. I am also co-owner and co-manager of kleiderhelden, a small apparel brand that has become a wonderful hobby, learning ground, and playground. It allows me to explore how products might be created with greater care for our planet and greater fairness for everyone involved.

Advisory work
